Attention all artisans and makers!
Fort Steele reached out with two potential artisan opportunities to share.
First, they were wondering if any Ktunaxa Artisans / makers would like to sell their products in the gift shop? The new manager mentioned the most likely arrangement would be wholesale with a markup pre-approved by the artisan. They did not request specific items so if you believe that your work would be a good fit, please reach out to Chris Fairman: c.fairman@fortsteele.org.
Second, they will be hosting “The Raptors” for birds of prey demonstrations on July 4-6, 2026 and would like to host vendors that weekend at no cost.
