Please find enclosed documents for bids due no later than ITB Deadline set out above. KHCC invites you to submit a bid for the supply & install of Landscaping for the Kicking Horse Canyon Phase 4 Project. KHCC will select a preferred proponent based on its analysis of best cost, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Invitation to Bid (“ITB”) set out in Exhibit 1. Exhibit 2 includes the scope and specifications and the link to the design-build agreement for the Project. The form of subcontract is in Exhibit 3 (the “Form of Subcontract”).
Compliant bids submitted no later than the ITB Deadline will consist of the following:
- Pricing as detailed in the included Schedule of Quantities
- Proposed Construction Schedule
- Summary of any exceptions or modifications for any item priced
- Labour and equipment rates for the potential of additional work
- Indigenous Engagement Questionnaire
Bids should be submitted through Aconex. Questions regarding the ITB should be submitted through the RFI system in Aconex. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted.
